My full fee for a 50 min. session is $80-$150. I may be able to offer a sliding scale based on income starting at $45. I would like to start by offering a 20 min. gift of time, at no charge, to sit down and talk. Together, we can decide if I am the right therapist for you. If you or I do not feel we are a good fit, I will work with you to connect with another therapist who might be a better fit for you. However, it will be up to you to follow through after the referral. This can be done in person or by phone.
Accepted Insurance: Meridian, Molina, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, McClaren Health Plan, and Cofinity/Aetna, Aetna, with more being added as they are processed.

Insurance and Billing Instructions: Please contact the office number. The billing agents will let you know what they need to determine your coverage. Have your policy information available.
Office Hours: By Appointment
Treatment Approaches:
My theory is based mainly in cognitive behavioral therapy; however, I try to incorporate techniques from other theories,
depending on what each client needs for a more eclectic and individualized approach. I feel we should explore each person’s personal needs, wants, and desires, to determine the best approach for that one unique person.
